Bi State Security and Investigative Services Inc. is a licensed and insured full service private investigations and security company operating in Illinois. We are located in Shiloh, Illinois approximately twenty miles east of St. Louis, Missouri. We have been in business since 2008.

Bi State Security and Investigative Services Inc. is owned and operated by Kenny Bouas (pronounced boss) a retired fifteen year Law Enforcement veteran with experience as a Detective, Drug Unit Investigator, Patrol Officer, School Resource Officer, Juvenile Officer, Field Training Officer, Defensive Tactics, Pepper Spray, and Handcuffing Instructor. He has extensive experience in domestic violence cases, DUI cases, surveillance, crime scene investigation, traffic crash investigation and interviewing techniques.
